A Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor is available to teach introductory courses in energy systems engineering and energy policy, and upper-level courses in project management and environmental science. The position is a nine-month appointment and 75% time, beginning in August 2012. Require: a masters degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field (for appointment as instructor), and related teaching experience. Desire: A PhD in engineering, environmental science or related field (for appointment as visiting assistant professor); postdoctoral teaching experience in energy and environmental science; and Project Management certification. This interdisciplinary teaching position is a joint appointment between the Institute for the Environment and Sustainability (www.muohio.edu/ies) and the School of Engineering and Applied Science (www.eau.muohio.edu).
