The Monitoring and Biodiversity Manager is responsible for working with the Foundation’s staff, federal agencies and other conservation partners to assist in the development and implementation of an outcome-based funding/investment and impact monitoring framework, strategy, and business system for the Foundation’s conservation programs. The Monitoring and Biodiversity Manager and other members of this team are expected to be and/or become thought-leaders in their respective fields and position the Foundation as the convener of choice in the conservation community.
