Summer Climate Corps Research & Writing Intern, Environmental Defense Fund (EDF); Boston, MA

From EDF:

The Resources Intern, EDF Climate Corps, will play a pivotal role in researching updates for the EDF Climate Corps Handbook and collecting resources for the fellow resource library. The EDF Climate Corps Handbook is a critical resource for the EDF Climate Corps fellows and host organizations and the current Handbook (Eighth Edition) is in need of updating. This could include: new and/or updated references, charts and statistics, and new and/or updated content. The intern will also research new resources for the fellowship program’s main project types: energy efficiency, renewable energy, electric vehicles, supply chain sustainability, and GHG accounting/goal setting. The intern will then upload the new resources to the online fellow resource library in an organized fashion and assist with editing of the Handbook. This internship would involve either compensation for hourly work paid at a rate competitive with leading non-profits or academic credit. Students are encouraged to seek academic credit or funding through their college/university and EDF will ensure that any and all paperwork needed to secure academic credit is completed.
