Goal of Fellowship:

National Wildlife Federation is the U.S. host of the international Eco-Schools program that is active in 67 countries, including the U.S., and 51,000 K-12 schools. The higher education arm of Eco-Schools is calledEcoCampus, and NWF will be launching this new program in the U.S. in early 2020. Currently, the EcoCampus program is active in 21 countries. In an effort to prepare for the launch, the NWF EcoCampus Graduate Student Research Fellow will conduct research and analysis of the current Eco- Campus resources from the 21 existing programs, draft an outline for the EcoCampus handbook and begin development; the handbook will feature the program’s seven step framework and environmental themes.
