Low-Calorie Cooking: Talk and Taste

The Talk and Taste event series with HNRCA scientists and the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, is designed to explore the health benefits of different seasonal vegetables and show how these vegetables can be easily prepared at home. All events in the series are open to the public, with a 5$ fee and registration is required (and limited). Please register here.

Low Calorie Cooking will take place on  November 16th from 2-3:30 at the HNRCA. Dr. Sue Roberts of the HNRCA will spoke about the cooking low- calorie meals, Lisa Caldwell, of  Whole Foods Market River St. Cambridge, MA, will perform a cooking demonstration of Gingered Carrot Chicken Salad and Green Coconut Curry Sauce, and Sue Hammond and Lisa Kamer of the Massachusetts  Horticultural Society will present on the society and growing the foods in the days’ dishes.
