The Volpe National Transportation Systems Center is presenting a series of lunch time lectures on “Transportation System Resilience, Extreme Weather, and Climate Change”. The lectures can be heard in person or by webinar. The next lecture is by Dr.Klaus Jacob of Columbia University who will talk about the New York City transportation system and the post-Sandy implications.
