This position within the National Initiatives division of NeighborWorks America provides efficient and effective leadership and relationship management in the discipline of green community development practices to NeighborWorks’ network (the “Network”) of charter-member, independent community development organizations, and with the community development industry. This position is responsible for leading, managing, and implementing the NeighborWorks Green Organization – a NeighborWorks healthy, sustainable green business practice designation – with the NeighborWorks Network with the goal of recruiting two-thirds of the NeighborWorks Network to achieve this designation that covers real estate development, home buyer education services, and community-based programs to low- and moderate-income communities.
