Campus and Community Planning is responsible for a broad range of planning activities including the academic core of both UBCs Vancouver and Okanagan campuses, and the growing residential neighbourhoods unique to the Vancouver campus. Planning activities include land use, operational sustainability, transportation planning, campus and urban design, heritage and public realm planning, community services planning, provision of general information, and other related activities.

The Office of Sustainability is currently seeking a Full-time Regular Manager, Sustainability Engagement.
Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, the Manager of Sustainability Engagement is responsible for leading the engagement arm of the Office of Sustainability. This includes planning of best-practice student, faculty and staff engagement programming, and oversight of program implementation, resources, and services to accelerate the establishment of sustainability as an institutional norm.
