The Real Food Challenge (RFC) Fellowship Program is a unique opportunity for recent college graduates to gain first-hand experience in building a social movement. Through this 14-month program, Fellows engage in intensive projects on a regional or national level while also honing their leadership skills and food systems knowledge through our participatory learning curriculum and engaged Fellowship community.
The Department of Energy’s EERE Science and Technology Policy (STP) Fellowships will serve as the next step in the educational and professional development of leaders in energy efficiency and renewable energy, providing an opportunity for scientists and engineers with relevant energy technology experience to participate in research, development, demonstration, (RD&D) and analysis projects at DOE’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Geothermal Technologies Office (GTO), in Washington, D.C.
MIT’s Climate CoLab, which crowdsources new ideas to address climate change, is seeking Fellows to oversee its 2014 contests. Fellows work closely with senior experts, explore deeply issues of interest to them, connect with relevant organizations and interested citizens internationally, and take a leadership position in this fast-growing and innovative project. We seek graduate students or professionals with expertise in topics related to climate change who can devote 1-2 hours per week over the next 4-6 months. The Tufts Institute for the Environment (TIE) is pleased to announce that the application period for the 2014 Water: Systems, Science, and Society (WSSS) Research Fellowship is now open. WSSS Fellowships are given to top students enrolled in Tufts’ WSSS program, and are meant to support interdisciplinary research with a core area of focus in the WSSS program. The Fellowship provides up to $4,000 for research purposes, access to academic and career support, and support to advance student research in professional publications and conferences.
