Miami University‘s Physical Facilities Department is currently seeking qualified, talented and enthusiastic candidates for several planning, architecture, engineering and construction management positions, including a Geothermal Systems Operations Manager. The Geothermal Systems Operations Manager will be directly responsible for the operation and maintenance of the geothermal and chilled water production and distribution systems on Miamis Oxford campus. This position will manage the involved personnel, annual budgets, maintenance activities, short and long term capital improvement planning, schedule of equipment operations and systems operations monitoring. The purpose of this position is to create an entity that monitors both budget and operations to provide reliable and cost efficient utility service to the university community.
