JPNDC is looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial real estate professional to oversee our expanded activities. Responsibilities include: Bringing to fruition several pending affordable housing projects, including development of new housing and restructuring of existing properties Leading JPNDC’s efforts in revitalization of Jackson Square, including overseeing relations with partners, developing strategies to advance overall project and JPNDC’s components, and guiding staff and consultants. Managing eight-person real estate team, including: coordination of work, staff supervision, consultant selection and oversight, and professional development and more. Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in community development or related field. Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills. Salary: high $80′s- mid $90′s, plus benefits.
