Interdisciplinary Research Team Facilitator (Annapolis, MD)

The National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center (SESYNC), located in Annapolis, Maryland, is a think-tank type research center funded by the National Science Foundation through the University of Maryland. SESYNC promotes interdisciplinary synthesis research on the sustainability of coupled human-natural systems, and is seeking a candidate to provide support and leadership for facilitating research team interactions and progress. Fellowship, Food Recovery Network

Founded in September of 2011, Food Recovery Network (FRN) is the largest national student-led food recovery movement working to bring food recovery programs to colleges across the country. Made up of dozens of chapters at colleges and universities, FRN has recovered over 300,000 pounds of food and is rapidly expanding.

We are looking for 7 fellows to work full-time on the Expansion and Member Support teams at FRN HQ in College Park, Maryland. Fellowships start on August 11, 2014 and end May 15, 2015. Fellows receive a $1,500 per month stipend.
