The Graduate School of Design (GSD) at Harvard University is currently looking for a full-time Research Associate to join the research team of a project funded by the Volvo Research and Educational Foundation, titled “Transforming Urban Transport – The Role of Political Leadership (TUT-RPL)”.   The candidate will work under the supervision of project director Diane Davis, Professor of Urbanism and Development at the GSD, and in collaboration with an international advisory board chaired by Professor Alan Altshuler (Harvard) that also includes David Banister (Oxford) Robert Cervero (Berkeley), Ralph Gakenheimer (MIT), Barbara Kellerman (Harvard), Patrick Le Gales (Sciences Po), and Jay Walder (Hong Kong). Internship, Transit Planning Service (Boston, MA)

Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates (N\N) is seeking a highly organized, independent and motivated intern for its growing Boston office primarily to support the firm’s practice in transit service planning. In addition, the intern may be asked to support paratransit and taxi projects, multi-modal transportation and non-motorized transportation planning projects, and smart parking and transportation demand management projects.
