About US
We hold events and fundraisers each semester to to spread education about cancer and encourage participation in cancer advocacy efforts. We bring speakers to campus, volunteer with local cancer patients, and collaborate with Relay for Life each Spring.
Current Volunteer Opportunities
This Fall, we have two main volunteering opportunities. The first is a bake sale where we raise money to buy holiday presents for pediatric cancer patients who are stuck in the hospital during the holidays. We go to BJs to buy presents and then have a wrapping party where we gift wrap everything and get it ready for delivery to the children. The second opportunity is our trip to the Hope Lodge, a residence for cancer patients in Boston. There we cook dinner and interact with the patients.
