How can I check on the status of my request?

The University has implemented a new IT Service Management Tool called TechConnect.  This tool will allow you to login to the Service Desk and view the status of your requests and quickly submit new requests as well. You also still have the option of contacting  OIT directly at 617-636-0331 or at OIT@tufts.edu.
