Operating System Support


All new PCs purchased by Tufts will have  Microsoft Windows 7  64-bit business edition installed on them.

Microsoft Windows XP 32-bit SP3 will continue to be supported on older computers until September of 2014.

All new Macintosh computers purchased by Tufts will have Snow Leopard OSX 10.6 installed on them.

Tufts will continue to support  OS 10.5
