The Medical School uses a third party Satisfaction Survey provider to collect feedback, assess performance and improve IT service.
The surveys are sent randomly to individuals who have submitted a request to OIT. The survey is sent from the following e-mail address “csisurveymailer@thinkhdi-csi.com” and the Subject states “How well did Office of Information Technology (OIT) serve you?”
