How do I request an account?

To request an e-mail account, Tufts account, ID Card, encryption account and/or access to secured resources, please complete the Resource Request Form and fax it to OIT at 617-636-2970.

Note, the form must be signed by an Authorized Requester for Tufts Resources for the resource or resources requested.

If the applicant is not visible in the Tufts White Pages, then the applicant or the requester should call OIT at 617-636-0331 with a unique identifier.
