How can I share data with collaborators outside of Tufts?

The University has no current method for sharing data with external groups. For this, we’ve seen some groups utilize dropbox.com as a solution. Dropbox.com is a respected company and their product is reputable. We don’t recommend installing their client on your computer, but instead, access files through the website. Dropbox allows users to share specific files and folders to anyone with a valid e-mail address. Dropbox has not been evaluated by the University Security group, and as such should not be used for sensitive information.
