How can I get an email address for a group, study, or event created?


In order to submit a request for a group email address, a request needs to be submitted via the TechConnect Service Desk.

1. Log into the TechConnect Service Desk at http://it.tufts.edu

2. Click on “Submit a Request”

3. Choose the option for a New Exchange Share Email Account

4. Enter the requested information such as the requested email address, individuals who should have access, etc.

5. Click on “Order Now”
