We are excited to announce that as of Wednesday, December 7th we will be using a new system called the TechConnect Service Desk. It is designed to facilitate easy interaction by providing the ability to request technical support, report an issue, and check the status of previous submissions through a new user-friendly website (http://it.tufts.edu). Reference the TechConnect tip sheet to get acquainted with the TechConnect Service Desk.
We would like to assure you that you will still be able to contact us through the means you are accustomed to.
