Tufts University sends out e-mail announcements entitled “Account Expiration Notice” to people who for one reason or another are no longer affiliated with the University, or need their affiliation renewed.
Affiliates who do not receive a paycheck from Tufts University need their account renewed yearly. If you have received an Account Expiration notice, but still need access to your Tufts account, please contact your manager, supervisor, or registrar and have them contact the OIT department to approve an extension.
Once a person’s affiliation expires, they will begin receiving Account Expiration Notices once a week for four weeks.
The subject of the notifications is “Account Expiration Notice (first of four for First Name Last Name)
The messages are sent by “accounts@tufts.edu”
