On Monday, March 26, 2012, the Facilities Services Department will no longer require paper Interdepartmental Requisition (IDRs). We will be replacing the paper form of the IDRs with the electronic Online Service Requests. The Online Service Request form functions both as a maintenance work request and an event set-up request. A unique computer-generated number allows the originator of the service request to track progress from start to finish.

You will need your Tufts UTLN and password to log into the system. Prompts have been built into the system to ensure you are authorized to submit a DeptID when placing the service request.
