Desktop videoconferencing upgrade


Cisco systems, which provides desktop videoconferencing services to Tufts University has upgraded their Movi client and changed the name. The new product is now named Cisco Jabber. The new Cisco Jabber client promises collaboration across multiple devices, including Windows, Apple, and Android.

Alongside the currently available desktop clients for Windows and Apple, there are apps available for the iPhone, iPad, Android, and Blackberry devices that will be compatible soon.
