Remove Tufts Email from an iOS Device
Depending on how the Tufts email account was added to the iOS device, different steps may be needed to remove it. If you cannot remember if the account was added manually or by installing a mobile configuration profile, try both options.
Account Added Manually
- Open the Settings app
- Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
- Tap “Tufts Exchange”
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Tap “Delete Account” again to confirm that you would like the account to be removed
Account Added by Installing Mobile Configuration Profile
- Open the Settings app
- Tap “General”
- Tap “Profile”
- Tap “Tufts Exchange Email”
- Tap “Remove”
- Tap “Remove” again to confirm that you would like the account to be removed
