Human Resources, in partnership with TEAM, has launched a new applicant tracking technology, streamlining the recruitment process and support for enhanced recruiting.

The new applicant tracking technology, Taleo, is a cutting-edge system that will support and facilitate a more efficient recruiting process as we move forward.  HR Business Partners and recruiting specialists will work with hiring managers to provide customized, just-in-time training and job aids as they identify the need to fill an open position.  This incremental training approach will support learning as the new process and system are needed.

Tufts employees will log in to the new system using their Tufts Username (e.g., jsmith99) and Password.  Employees who created a job seeker profile in the legacy applicant tracking system (Kenexa) will need to create a new profile in Taleo.
