UIT has published some Energy Saving Guidelines for Personal Computers. The UIT Support Center is publishing these guidelines to assist the Tuft community in configuring their computing equipment to reduce energy consumption and thereby produce cost savings and conservation of resources. The Energy Saving Guidelines for Personal Computers is available as a PDF file.

The University has implemented a new IT Service Management Tool called TechConnect. This tool will allow you to login to the Service Desk and view the status of your requests and quickly submit new requests as well.
