Registration for UIT’s February IT Training Classes Now Available

Join us in February as the UIT Training Department offers a sweet assortment of classes on all three campuses.
Refresh your spreadsheet skills with “Doing More with Excel 2007: Automating, Formulas and Filters.” This class explores many of Excel’s most powerful tools, including formula creation, built-in functions, and filterers. We’ll show you a number of helpful functions, create a macro from scratch, experiment with the Office 2007 visual enhancements, and filter with multiple criteria.
Each week in February we’re offering “Doing More” classes in all four of the main Office 2007 applications. These classes build on the foundational “Getting Started” classes, but you can sign up for any class even if you have not attended the introductory sessions.
Looking ahead to March, Getting Started in HTML and Wiki Markup, Doing More with Word 2007: Mail Merging, Getting Started in Acrobat 9: Authoring PDF Files, and Upgrading to Office 2007 will be offered, along with many others.
To see the whole lineup of February offerings or to register for a class, visit the UIT Training Department website at http://training.uit.tufts.edu. We look forward to seeing you in the lab!
