About Our Staff

This year, we have almost 100 staff members fully committed to creating the best freshmen pre-orientation program possible. TWO is coordinated each year by two members of the previous year’s graduating class and are aided by our faculty sponsor. Many of our staff members went on TWO trips their freshmen years and loved them so much that they’re dedicated to ensuring that each and every freshman has the experience of a lifetime. All members of our staff are CPR and First Aid certified. Additionally, many of them hold further qualifications, from Wilderness First Responder to EMT certifications.

Leaders

Every trip is led by two upperclassmen student leaders (one male and one female). All of our leaders undergo a 4-day, 5-night training and refresher course in August.

Support Staff

Support staff ensures that all the trips run smoothly, from preparing and inventorying all the group food and gear to remaining on-call 24/7 during the duration of the trips to respond to any and all issues that may arise.

Coordinators

TWO is coordinated every year by two alumni from the previous year’s graduating class. In the spring, they conduct interviews to handpick every member of the TWO staff. They work tirelessly throughout the spring semester and summer to make each year of TWO the best yet!
