Work with TCUJ to reform the New Student Organization Process, allowing student orgs to apply during the Spring semester and providing applications for initial pilot funding before being recognized
Spearhead efforts to implement a mid-year student organization fair during the Spring to aid in club recruitment efforts

Mental Well-being of Students
See through the implementation of mental wellness days, allowing all students the flexibility to have an excused absence for each class
Continue carrying out the opening of a Wellness Center, providing students the space to hone in on their mental well-being and destress from commitments
Uplifting Students
Support all student organizations and Identity Centers in advocating for renovations and receiving promised university financial resources to upkeep in-person programming
Demonstrate appreciation for student leaders on campus through the continuation of the TCU Student Leadership Gala and Leadership Roundtable programs throughout the school year
Advocate for participation in performance student organizations to count towards the University’s Art Distribution Requirement

Connecting SMFA and Medford Campuses
Amplify inter-campus programs to ensure continuity of resources and offerings to Tufts undergraduates on the Medford and Boston campuses
Advocate for $200 per semester for a transportation stipend for Combined Degree and Dual Degree students to travel to and from SMFA campus when shuttle is not accessible, as well as a $75 RhinoBucks first-year stipend to be put towards art supplies
Spring Break Immersion Programs
Work with Division of Student Affairs to plan and offer subsidized or no-cost trips within and outside of the US for students who wish to leave campus during Spring Break
Revamp Tisch Athletic Center
Advocate for updated equipment in Tisch Athletic Center, in addition to speedier work order completion

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Justice
Increasing Resources and Administrative Support forIdentity Centers on Campus
Advocate for an increased allocation of resources and funding to be put towards existing identity centers to reflect the growing diversity of incoming students
Continue supporting student organizations in their efforts to establish new identity centers and houses on campus, by emphasizing their demands in conversations with administration and seeking solutions to space restraints
Including Anti-Bias Training During Pre-Orientation and Orientation Training
Work with the Division of Student Affairs and Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) to reform the incoming first-year anti-bias training, to include current student perspectives, facilitated conversations, and programming that enforces inclusion

Collaborate with the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) to devise informational programs that bring to light the steps taken following the filing of a discrimination or harassment complaint
Advocate for funds to recruit and hire more faculty and staff in the Health Services and CMHS department that reflects the diversity of the student body
Work with Residential Life and Learning to improve room selection process for non-binary students, sparked by conversations shared with students who explained process was uniquely challenging and lacked critical accommodations

Housing

Advocate for meal swipes to be used at Commons and Hotung
Expand options in dining halls and cafes to better accommodate allergen concerns
Work with Tufts Dining to better support students with religious dietary needs and accommodations
Student Workers
Improve compensation for student Residential Assistants and Tufts EMS workers for their contributions to the Tufts Community
Health Services
Amplify awareness of programs that allow students to have their prescription medications delivered straight to campus
Advocate for over-the-counter medications to be placed in campus cafes for easy purchase
Work with Health Services to heighten accessibility to resources and services at nighttime hours and during the weekend
Campus planning & development
Promote the addition of more picnic tables, lighting, and outdoor seating on the Residential and Academic Quads
Advocate for improved infrastructure such as fixing degraded sidewalks and potholes to improve accessibility on campus
Accessibility & Student Well-being
Increasing Accessibility Around Campus and to Surrounding Areas
Advocate for MBTA stipends for all students to heighten accessibility to the city of Boston and the career opportunities it provides
Reinstitute class-to-class transportation programming or local transportation options for students who face barriers traveling to and from classes
Finalize the implementation of a University-wide Grocery Store shuttle stop, to grant students access nutritious food
Combating Food Insecurity
Continue providing fresh food options through partnerships with Food for Free and Tufts Student Garden (Project : Medford Campus Community Pantry)
Initiate SMFA Mini-Community Pantry to address the lack of food options on the SMFA campus
Maintain ongoing plans to offer non-perishable groceries to students on financial aid staying at Tufts during extended break periods
Promote dining halls to stay open until 10 PM to ensure students can access food options following late night courses, accomplished by amplifying work study opportunities for student dining workers
Advocate for meal swipe donation limit expansion from 6 meal swipes/semester to 12 meal swipes/semester (Project: Swipe It Forward Program)
Continue working on program to put free pots, pans, and kitchen utensils in all on-campus dormitories for usage by students
Breaking down Economic Barriers
Advocate to waive the first lockout fee and parking ticket offense, instead offering a warning to students
See through efforts to lower barriers to laundry, by offering low income students stipends for laundry services
Expand Generation Conscious initiative, to place eco-friendly laundry sheet dispenser machines in all dorms
Advocate for the creation of a centralized, easily navigable resource guide on the Tufts app to allow students to quickly find the assistance they need (i.e. location of gender neutral bathrooms, how to access contraceptives)
Continue the upkeep of the menstrual product project, advocating to put all hygiene projects in every dormitory across campus
Education
Allow students to make informed decisions
Continue to push for all course syllabi to be made public prior to course registration
Continue to advocate for course cost indicators be posted on SIS prior to course registration
Work with StAAR Center to modify accommodation processes to allow students to request for academic accommodations mid semester
Revise pre-major advisor process to allow students to select advisors in a prospective area of interest
Work in conjunction with Academic Deans to create an anonymous reporting system that allows students to vocalize concerns, amongst comments, regarding professor teaching style and approach
Communication & Outreach
Conduct monthly town halls, in partnership with Tufts administration, to facilitate direct communication between students and University leadership
Continue to post weekly recaps regarding Senate meetings to keep the student body informed
Send out monthly email to entire student body, detailing Senate initiatives and upcoming events
