ASSIGNMENTS

(1) “3 X MOOD LIGHTING” ASSIGNMENT: Create a scene in Cinema 4D by setting up some of the fancy preset objects from the Asset Manager into some configuration you like. Add lights into the scene, and play with their parameters (number of lights, position, direction, intensity, color, shadows). Add materials to objects from the Materials presets under the Asset Manager. When you get something you like, screen-capture the viewport. Then — using the exact same arrangement of objects — try a different lighting set-up, and create a very different mood via lighting. Screen-capture again. And repeat with a third light set-up. The goal is to get three very different impressions of your scene, just by changing the lighting.
