The Ivan Galantic Prize Winner: Rachel Klein

Rachel Klein (A20) is a Laidlaw scholar who has been on the dean’s list every semester at Tufts. She has a near perfect GPA and is described as a “remarkably wide-ranging thinker” and a leader on and off campus. Multiple professors supported Rachel for this award noting her outstanding performance in their classes from her first semester as a freshman at Tufts to more recently when she took classes with graduate students. One professor ranks Rachel’s work and participation in class to that of a peer or colleague rather than a student.

The Ivan Galantic Special Achievement in Humanities Prize is awarded to students who reach for wisdom, not simply knowledge.
