I am currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at Tufts University with an anticipated graduation date of Summer 2024. I have been working in Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) Lab at Tufts University since June 2021 and developing signal processing and machine learning/deep learning software packages in human-centered design and human-machine interaction projects. I have been passionate about designing human-centered applications and developing functional and reliable products to enhance people’s lives. My current research includes investigating the dynamics of systemic human cognitive states and assessing them, either offline or real-time, from various physiological signal modalities such as EEG and human gaze along with contextual information. To achieve this, I leverage different learning methodologies including state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models, and statistical techniques.
