Lab 2

This week, we began by printing our first ‘benchy’ boats. These small prints provide an example of an item that embodies all shapes, curves and edges that the printer can perform including round, square, curved and straight lines.

Next, we completed the first weekly challenge by printing a Pokemon character. The difficulty involved printing it as large as possible in under two hours. I was able to achieve this but it did not print in time for the end of class and we will pick them up next week. This challenge allowed up to ‘play’ with the settings and get used to using the program before we work on more complicated projects.
