Initiative 1-2: Create documents and processes to support CEEO members incorporating DEIJ practices in research operations.
PURPOSE
The document will provide an outline to guide CEEO researchers to consider DEIJ issues through all stages of their research.
COMMITTEE
A research subcommittee of CEEO faculty, staff, and students was formed to create the initial document.
GOALS
CEEO DEIJ committee will facilitate the creation of a document that shares resources for DEIJ considerations and actions in education and technology research. The creation of this document will be supported by focused retreats with CEEO stakeholders .

SPRING 2024
- Held a working group retreat for anyone interested in contributing to DEIJ Research Practices document. Attendees worked on introductory text and added resources to the document.
- DEIJ Committee finalized introductory text.
- First draft of DEIJ Research Practices document was distributed to CEEO members to utilize and contribute to.
FALL 2023
- DEIJ Committee Chairs edited and prepped DEIJ Research Practice Document next working group retreat.
SPRING 2023
- January 10, 2023 – Mini Retreat – DEIJ Research Working Group Retreat and Lunch to outline DEIJ Research Practice Document
SPRING 2022
