Who’s Line Is It?

Characterizing the properties of different cell lines is a formative step in cellular agriculture. This activity takes data from a project at Tufts that is working to identify which line of porcine stem cells is most generative for producing fat and fat cells. Students are tasked with learning to use image processing techniques to compare different cell lines and make a recommendation about which line would be most productive.
