Courtney McDermott, Program Administrator
Courtney McDermott is the program administrator for the Center for the Humanities at Tufts. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and has an MFA in creative writing from the University of Notre Dame. Her debut collection of short stories, How They Spend Their Sundays (Whitepoint Press), was nominated for the PEN/Hemingway Award and The Story Prize. She also teaches in the Master’s in English-Creative Writing Program at Southern New Hampshire University.
