Archive of Celtic-Latin Literature (ACLL)A full-text database of the corpus of Latin literature produced in Celtic-speaking Europe from the period 400-1200 CE;  contains more than 400 Latin works spanning the fields of theology, liturgy, computistics, grammar, hagiography, poetry and historiography, and including legal texts, charters, inscriptions, etc.

Aristoteles Latinus DatabaseContains those texts that have been critically edited in the printed Aristoteles Latinus series. Other corpora complete the database, whether editions that have already been published or ones in preparation or unpublished, to produce the finished Aristoteles Latinus.

 Bibliotheca Augustana.  Rich collection of ancient Greek and Latin texts, as well as canonical works in Old and Middle English, medieval Italian, Old and Middle German, and other languages) indexed both chronologically and alphabetically. 

Bibliotheca Teubneriana Latina. All Latin texts which have appeared in the Bibliotheca Teubneriana since its foundation. The database contains over 600 works from almost 300 authors, providing access to all the Latin texts of Antiquity from the beginning until the end of the second century A.D.   CD-ROM: Tisch Reference Desk PA6101 .C48 (BLT. 1-4)

Budé Collection of Greek and Latin TextsTisch Book Stacks (must be searched for individually)

Camena (Corpus Automatum Multiplex Electorum Neolatinitatis Auctorum).  Selected books of the period 1500-1770, most of them printed in Germany.

CETEDOC Library of Latin Texts (CLCLT).  World’s leading database for Latin texts, containing texts from the beginning of Latin literature (Livius Andronicus, 240 BC) through to the texts of the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965). Can be searched by author, title, clavis, period, and century.

Dickson College Commentaries. Latin and Greek texts for reading, with explanatory notes, vocabulary, and graphic, video, and audio elements (Caesar, Ovid, Cornelius Nepos, Sulpicius Severus, Lucian, Vergil).                                                                                                                              

IntraText: Bib Latina.  An online digital library. Oxford Scholarly Editions Online Latin Poetry (with access to the Oxford Latin Dictionary; to access the Oxford Latin Dictionary, double-click a word within any Latin poetry text.).

LOEB Greek & Latin texts with parallel English translations. Every work is classified by language, form, genre, subject, and date to facilitate online navigation.

Monumenta Germaniae Historica.  A comprehensive collection of sources in German history from about CE 500 to 1500.

Patrologiae Graecae.  The most comprehensive record of Greek patristic material in existence, comprising digital images of more than 160 book volumes.

Patrologia LatinaCovers the works of the Church Fathers from Tertullian in 200 AD to the death of Pope Innocent III in 1216, including all prefatory material, original texts, critical apparatus and indexes.

Perseus ProjectAcademic site containing a selection of Greek and Latin texts with translations, dictionaries, grammars and morphological tools for word analyses.

Packard Humanities Institute Collection of Latin textsContains and searchable essentially all Latin literary texts written before A.D. 200, as well as some texts selected from later antiquity.

Thesaurus Linguae Graecae (TLG).  Virtually all ancient Greek texts surviving from the period between Homer (8th century B.C.) and A.D. 600, and a large number of texts from the period between A.D. 600 and 1453.  Note: Log-in requires searchers to set up personal accounts, in part to save researchers’ font preferences for later searches.

Thesaurus Linguae Latinae.  Largest Latin dictionary in the world, but also the first to cover all the Latin texts from the classical period up to about 600 A.D.
