How I first learned about Fletcher:  My start at The Fletcher School stemmed from a seemingly mundane discussion with a former colleague.  While talking about our professional experiences and interests, she recommended The Fletcher School to me because she thought it would be a mutually beneficial fit. She started telling me about the interdisciplinary curriculum, diverse student body, and the unique opportunities made available to her because of her connection to Fletcher.  After that conversation, I was hooked.

On campus life: With so many student club activities, debates, movie screenings, and discussions, you’ll wish you had more hours in the day (and more than two years!). It’s such a breath of fresh air to be surrounded by people who are just as similar as they are different from you. The Fletcher School is always busy, but also always fun and enlightening. Additionally, Boston is home to other academic institutions like MIT and the Harvard Kennedy School where they host a myriad of interesting events like guest speakers, lecture series, and panels. There is never a dull moment.
