About the Study

The CP3 study is a research study that will enroll people who use participating pharmacies and have type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure and have challenges getting healthy foods. 

This research study will help us learn how grocery store pharmacies can provide Produce Prescriptions to people who have challenges buying healthy food and have health conditions that can be impacted by diet. 

Produce Prescriptions are a way to provide people with access to nutritious foods through “prescriptions” issued by a healthcare provider. If you join the study, you will be given a Produce Prescription in the form of a debit card that you can use to buy healthy foods.
