Gift Records
These records document potential or realized private, corporate, or public agency funding to the University. These records may include but are not limited to award guidelines; letters and agreements of gifts; copies of bequest instruments and wills from individuals or estates; financial statements and reports, including records of fund disbursements; and related documentation and correspondence.

Notes Gift records may contain transitory or duplicate documents that may be confidentially destroyed when they are no longer needed or before they are transferred to the Digital Collections and Archives.
