Recipe collection benefits endodontic club

300W_Yang Jumbo cooks v2Say you’ve got a hankering for some crème brulée—but, alas, you don’t have one of those nifty crème brulée torches. Never fear. If you can get your hands on a Hanau torch instead, you’re all set. That tidbit of helpful culinary-dental advice comes from Jumbo Bites, a cookbook assembled by the Endodontic Society at the School of Dental Medicine. The 71-page book contains recipes gathered from students, faculty and staff and costs $10. For information about purchasing, contact steven.kaminsky@tufts.edu.
