Orange Crush

Students cast a lens on Boston

300W_Orange stairwell abstractWhen they’re not focused on their patients and classwork, a group of Tufts dental students sets its sights elsewhere, taking photos at the school and around Boston. Those “in the know” will recognize this abstract splash of color, shot by Katerina Dalavurak, D17, of the stairway that leads to the upper floors of One Kneeland Street. “I really like that stairwell,” she says. “It lights up so beautifully at night, like an orange beacon.” The photographers hope some of their work will eventually decorate the clinics or other parts of the school.
