We are dedicated to providing training experience for those interested in pursuing a career in psychology, education, or human development. Individuals may join our laboratory team in several different ways: as a Graduate Student, Undergraduate Student, or Volunteer Research Assistant.

Join us as a Graduate Student

Graduate students join our laboratory via the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study and Human Development program at Tufts. You can find out more about the Master’s and Ph.D. programs at the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study and Human Development Website.

Graduate Students at the DICE lab often participate in ongoing research projects and are encouraged to develop their own independent research projects within the lab. If you have specific questions about applying to the program and are interested in the work in our lab, please contact Dr. Sara Johnson.

Join us as a Research Assistant

We do not have any paid positions available at this time. We sometimes have Research Assistant opportunities available for those with an interest in our research who are able to volunteer for at least ten hours per week for a period of at least four months. Volunteer Research Assistants are involved in working closely with faculty, graduate students, and other RAs to assist with participant recruitment, data management, data coding and analyzing, literature reviews, proofreading and editing, and organizing files.

All Volunteer Research Assistant applicants are required to submit an online APPLICATION.
