The Kress Foundation generously supports travel to this conference for international travelers, with priority to the Digital Milliet scientific committee members as well as graduate students and contingent faculty. Those eligible for funding were contacted by the organizers. If you were contacted, please follow these instructions carefully in order to be reimbursed:

Requests must be received by Friday August 24, 2018.

1. E-mail Gabriella.Bertucci@tufts.edu with the subject line: “Ancient Greek and Roman Painting Conference Reimbursement -YourLastName”

2. In the body of your email, please include:
First and last name (no nicknames)
Travel dates
Home mailing address for the reimbursement check

3. Attach all receipts as a single PDF document. Multiple, single receipt attachments will not be accepted.

Expenses eligible for reimbursement are:
Travel (air, rail, bus, rental car + gas, or personal vehicle mileage)
This includes travel to and from the conference, NOT local travel during the conference.
Please note: Mileage requests must include a Google Map with the home mailing address
as the point of origin.
Lodging (hotel, Airbnb, etc.)
Name receipts file using format: “YourLastName-Receipts”
Receipts must include the line showing total amount paid. Quotes and receipts with an outstanding balance cannot be accepted.
Your reimbursement will be limited to the amount confirmed to you via email by the organizers.

Reimbursements will be received approximately 3 weeks from submission date.
