Music to De-Stress

Good afternoon radiant Jumbos!

I hope you are all having a lovely, restful break! As we all gear up for the coming semester, we may be mentally preparing ourselves for the stress, long nights, and junk food binges.  One of the things that helps me de-stress is music.  Whether it’s to calm you down or pump you up, music can be a great way to take a break from the real world for a little while, or push through that last mountain of work.  Below are some of my favorite playlists, courtesy of 8tracks.

Instrumentals to Study/Sleep To:

  1. Late Autumn Studying
  2. Songs and Stories
  3. Au Revoir
  4. Cherry Blossoms
  5. Disney Score Study Mix

Mellow Music:

  1. V. Queer Covers
  2. Snowflake Kisses
  3. Ex Nihilo
  4. Rob Benedict: Unplugged
  5. Duct Tape and Safety Pins

Pump Up Music:

  1. Run, Rocky, Run
  2. Note to Self.
  3. Windows Down & Music Up
  4. The Wicked Ones
  5. Where to Next?

Hope you all enjoy a little musical interlude!
“One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.” –Bob Marley
