On some occasions, your publication records may not have a reporting date. This is likely because when the publication record was initially harvested, the data retrieved from the publication database didn’t have the publication date in the metadata. Since the, the record has been updated.
The lack of a reporting date may result in the publication not appearing in your profile under the year it was published. If the reporting dates are incorrect, you may also not be able to select the record in your activity review form, if the reporting date is outside of the activity reporting period.
To fix a missing or incorrect reporting dates:
1.Go to the publication record. On the right hand side is a reporting date field.
2. Click on the Edit (pencil) icon. Enter or use the calendar widget and enter your publication date as the reporting date. Then click on Save to save your changes.
