Jumbo Cafe – Solution & Differentiation

When you are building a new venture, your solution needs to satisfy a problem statement and deliver on a value proposition for stakeholders that include customers and end-users.  A critical part of developing your solution includes differentiating your offering from alternative solutions.  

In this Jumbo Cafe, we will discuss a process to define a solution and validate with target users.  We will then discuss ways in which you can differentiate your offering.  Karen will use Local Haze as a case study, a climate tech application that she has developed to monitor air quality on over six continents.
