Blue Mountains Province Ecologist/Analyst Position

The incumbent will personally perform the most complex ecological projects, analyses, and studies, which cover the full range of ecological work within a forest or several forests. This position will require some travel throughout the greater Blue Mountains area, and incumbent must be fit for field work, including hiking into wilderness and other relatively remote locations.

The incumbent works directly for the supervisory Entomologist or the supervisory Ecologist but coordinates closely with the Region 6 Forest Health Protection Director and the Regional Ecologist.
