Get Help

You can get help with library and technology resources in several ways:

For assistance with a research project, questions about library databases, books on reserve, or the library facility in general, visit us in Ginn Library (located in Mugar Hall) or Ask a Librarian for help.

If you have a question about Tufts technology, your username and password, broken laptop, printing, or  computer virus, you can contact Tufts Technology Services (TTS):

  • In person- at the Ginn Library Tech Help Desk or Eaton Hall Computer Lab
  • Via email- at
  • By phone- at 617-627-3376.  The TTS Service Desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
